At CCB, we are a school that wants its students to be recognized for transforming and positively impacting their environment. This is why we teach them to carefully consider the world, their own ideas and experiences, in order to act with integrity, honesty, justice, respect for the dignity and rights of people everywhere.
Primary celebrated the first “Izada de Bandera” ceremony of 2021, highlighting students from all grades who have demonstrated integrity and thoughtfulness (reflective), IB attributes that have been recognized by their teachers.
During this virtual ceremony, the 4th grade students presented a compilation video in which each one presented a poem using figurative language that spoke about topics close to their hearts.
“It was a big challenge because for most of us it's the first time we work on writing personal poetry”, said David Armero (4th grade).
